Jackson Barrett & Gass Solicitors have raised £710.00 for the Animal Sanctuary as part of Will Week.

The Wilmslow law firm provided standard Wills & advice in return for a donation to the Animal Sanctuary, Wilmslow.

The Animal Sanctuary is run by the Humane Education Society, a charitable organisation working for a more compassionate society through education and practical work with children and animals.

The Sanctuary requires constant financial support to help look after the rising number of animals that come into their care each year and to provide a safe and nurturing environment for them to live out their lives if they cannot be rehomed. The Society has plans in place for the future and with sufficient finance will be helping animals and promoting humane principles for many years to come.

Melanie Hay, Trustee of the Animal Sanctuary, said “Jackson Barrett and Gass are wonderful supporters of the Sanctuary. This is the second year running they have come forward to help run our Will Week, and they have been proactive ongoing fundraisers for us all year by saving their used stamps for us, making a generous company donation, and even finding a new home for one of our cats with Paul Clark.

Their expertise has allowed people make Wills and organise their affairs, whilst raising funds for their small, local animal sanctuary situated in the heart Wilmslow. We are so grateful to all the staff at Jackson Barrett and Gass for all their kindness.”

Paul Clark of Jackson Barrett & Gass said “We’re proud to consistently support the Animal Sanctuary. It encouraged many people to approach a difficult subject and discuss how they would like to help their loved ones. Everybody we met showed great enthusiasm for supporting the Sanctuary and showed generosity in the donations made.”
